QIC Part C Appeals Portal

C2C is working diligently to deliver an enhanced appeals portal for health plans to use to submit case files and support correspondence related to QIC Part C appeals.

Please be advised that the QIC IRE Part C Appeals Portal is currently in user acceptance testing (UAT). After UAT is completed, all interim user registrations and activity will be erased. The appeals portal will launch on April 29, 2026, for user registration.

Support for Appeals Portal Users

C2C is prepared to support users who experience registration or access challenges to the appeals portal. From April 29 through the first several weeks following cutover, C2C will provide assistance for all user registration and portal-related technical issues from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST through May 15, 2026, and 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST thereafter. An Appeals Portal Support form will be available on this page, for users to request support.
